Should someone not be able to vote via IRC, they shall send an email to the Core Team and - should their vote change the outcome - a veto will be placed by the Core Team to incorporate the member's vote that way. zykure	YES	But also have the auto-abstain feature (if that poll passes). I'd suggest 3 days to auto-abstain, and 10-day timeout. Just one week is too short, not everyone's here all the time.
