Get the functional weapon design changes that are frequently talked about into testable state (test server up and running, committed to a branch, merge request filed) till Jan 14, 2014. If this deadline is missed, the changes will have to be deferred to 2.0 and we will rather finish a 1.0 using the current weapon/ammo functions then.
