divVerent	NO	Item timing is lame. Get actual skill, like responding to alerts (waypoints). Only people who use timing cheats/scripts even notice the jitter. BTW IF we implement this vote, let's kill item spawn time jitter in general, as no user is left. This includes entities.ent.

Samual	YES	Note that we'll keep the respawn waypoint and notifications enabled, so that everyone is notified of when the respawn happens clearly. Previously we needed respawnjitter enabled to circumvent script users, however this appears to be unnecessary considering that we've made the powerups more easily trackable WITHOUT scripts at this point.
