241legacyOn any numeric (NOT choice) slider [I know this will be inconsistent, as we have some choice sliders with numeric values], clicking the number (or shift-click, double click, etc.) should open a text-edit dialog to edit the exact value (or similar)divVerentTIED4:4(3 abstained, 13 didn't vote)

divVerentABSTAINI am not sure if this is worth the effort, but let's put it to vote. It'll cost quite some effort to implement. BTW one variant: what if shift-doubleclick or the like jumped to advanced settings for the cvar the slider controls?
HalogeneNOsuch a behavior should, if at all, be consistent throughout the entire user interface (see blender for example). However, I don't think Xonotic menu needs such a level of complexity, since if you deliberately want it you can set everything via console and people that require this level of detail usually get by with the console anyway.

CuBe0wLNOThe slider should have sane values, and in case somebody wants to modify that, use "developer" settings to show the cvars in the tooltip, and use the advanced menu to change it

SamualNOOvercomplicates the design-- people who want to use specific settings should use the advanced settings editor.
