During demo playback, give us ALL THE OPTIONS! This probably shouldn't be in the menu (or if it is, somewhere in a demo-related group), though.

but only if this is does not allow (or make easy) forcing colors during gameplay and therefore opens up cheat options - and only if this is a trivial thing to implement :o)
