Samual	YES	We need them to be in the repository, otherwise people will not know they exist. We've tried circulating the list of skyboxes to mappers, and still they don't know. Basically, we should add all skyboxes that we could possibly want so that mappers know the resource exists in game already. Final point: We don't limit texture packs to "only the ones used by existing maps" for this
