Despite the potential for enhancements, there is a lot of room for abuse with these while still posing as a "pure" server, a balance needs to be maintained to preserve the integrity of the Normal section

the purity system is meant for balance (ruleset) purity, there is no reason tweaking bot AI should put a server in the modified category (and therefore making sure almost nobody plays on it)
