Add a "moderators reserve the right to remove anyone they deem disruptive" disclaimer to the rules and ban idle, ch4mp and any others causing trouble in the public channels

Such a rule will probably cause more drama as a certain person already claims that there is "admin abuse". Instead "constant trolling and repeated lies" should be added as reasons for a ban

While I agree that the rules should be modified, the proposed disclaimer is too vague and could lead to some admin abuse. Trolling, in the sense of repeatedly annoying or provoking other people, is a more valid reason for a ban. If possible, such bans should be a collective decision from the moderation team, so that the person responsible for the ban doesn't become the sole victim of an angry banned user.

We currently have no action to take against these trolls, as they aren't directly breaking any rules. However, given some of them are splitting the community apart and causing multiple team members (including myself) to consider leaving, there needs to be some power to remove them
