They have recently shown to not fit in our project with repeated personal attacks towards Team members and other contributors alongside repeated toxicity in countless forms. They have refused to take any accountability for their actions when confronted and have even completely deflected the blame upon others with toxic narcissistic traits and behavioural patterns. Freddy	YES	Acted unprofessional, spiteful and fueled by what seems to be anger management issues. I am open to giving them another chance in the future if they can demonstrate that their behavior has changed for the better. I would however prefer to not ban them from the communication channels immediately, but give them another chance to interact with Xonotic as a normal contributor and/or maintainer of Darkplaces with no obligation on a mere technical/professional level.

divVerent	NO	first we need #440 to end, then we can do this one; I am going to veto and restart this one if #440 passes for procedural reasons, while this vote is valid if #440 fails and will not need to be restarted then. Also, a full communications ban is IMHO not warranted yet, as the actions triggering this vote have been occurring as part of a one-of-a-kind outburst sequence from Dec 31 to Jan 1; I see hope that this would not repeat, as outbursts in such a scale had not happened before.

Spike29	YES	Attacks and insults towards team members, despite several warnings. I'm all for giving people a second chance, but IMHO he's gone too far and is no longer excusable. Removing him from the team may weaken the project since he's a DP maintainer, but his status certainly doesn't mean he's above the rules, and letting him stay would hurt us even more IMHO. I would prefer not to ban him from our public channels though, but with zero tolerance in case he breaks the rules again.

I vote yes for a communication ban from our channels, he was already explicitly warned by DivVerent to refrain from insulting anyone again, and he did exactly that.
