Moderation rule: when deleting/redacting a message, a moderator shall keep a personal copy of said message available upon request. Exceptions are obvious bot spam and messages by ban evaders, as well as illegal content.

This requires us to completely trust that the provided copy is correct as there is no way of verifying it. I would prefer to not delete/redact messages unless it's obvious spam, obvious hate comments, illegal or other serious special cases.
