divVerent	YES	under the condition that sys_ticrate stays 1/30s. 1/60s is enough to kill some home routers as we have found out in Nexuiz. When doing that, make sure servers that change this are impure.

Samual	YES	Odd numbers can break networking, and changing the framerate has a massive effect on how weapons and movement feel and perform (which should not vary between servers, really not)
