divVerent	ABSTAIN	Samual: it shouldn't always hide non-core weapons. It should always show the weapons that exist (i.e. start weapons + map weapons) - whether core or not. USUALLY this does include hiding non-core weapons, but the code shouldn't check for that property but for weaponsInMap and start weapons.

Debugger	YES	this hopefully wont too much time anymore, I doubt we have to re-enable it for 0.8 (but only temporarily). However, there are many players who miss it.
