Get rid of Arena and LMS game types, to ease maintenance of Clan Arena (they use many common shared hacks, having made it hard in the past to fix one while not breaking the other)

does this mean only codewise change, or the actual menu representation of the gamemodes will be removed too? The latter would be imho bad, as though basically arena and lms can be done with CA too, configuration of that will be a lot harder
